This is an archive post from a previous version of my blog. Le Bernardin is a NYC restaurant institution and holds a 3-star Michelin rating. This beautiful restaurants is known for its emphasis on seafood and offers two different tasting menus each night. This is the tasting menu I had on March 2, 2013:
